Rules
Murder under the Microscope is an internet-based investigative game.
Here are some rules which all teams will follow. Read carefully, to make sure you understand your commitment.
- This is a competitive investigation and each class must play as a separate team.
- Only registered investigators will be permitted into the classified areas of the website.
- Each team may ask the Catchment HQ scientists up to three questions. Questions can be submitted via the website from May 20, 12:00 AEST to June 2, 12:00 AEST.
- Any offensive language appearing on the website will earn an automatic disqualification for that team.
- Teams conferring with each other or trading answers will be disqualified.
- The accusation will contain the name of the victim, the villain and the crime site.
- Only one accusation is permitted from each team. Accusations cannot be withdrawn.
- The accusation must be submitted via the website within a 24-hour period commencing on 3 June at 12:00 noon AEST.
- Action Plans should be submitted to the Connected Learning Awards no later than 28 July.
- No correspondence will be entered into.
